2007 Viognier, Steelhead Run Vineyard 91 pts Wine Enthusiast
"Intense flavors jump from the
glass, a head-turning swirl of papaya, mango, lime
and grapefruit, etched with a little bitter rind,
and showing plenty of phenolic bite. The alcohol
is under 13%, and the acids really scream out for
food." —P.G., Wine Enthusiast

| Applegate Valley ~70 Cases produced~
This wine has aromas of honeydew, cantaloupe melons, papaya and honeysuckle with flavors of melon and cream puff. It has a nice weight and finish. As is typical with Viognier from Southern Oregon, weight and body is offset by adequate acidity to give nice balance. Extended lies contact gives the wine subtle yeast notes. The wine was aged four months in Stainless Steel, and bottled in March 2007.
